Smart TVs with native support for Auracast

We have not reviewed any Auracast-enabled televisions yet, but have checked out the LG range at Richer Sounds.
We think manufacturers and retailers should state if a television has Auracast built in, just as they list if a television has Bluetooth, and what version number it is.

Smartphones with Auracast Support (2026)
As of early 2026, the market has shifted significantly.
While many high-end Android phones with version 16 now feature native support for Auracast, iPhones still require a “bridge” (like a hearing aid app or external transmitter) as Apple has not yet enabled native Auracast broadcasting in iOS 26.

Venue installation (for business and venues)
Venues such as theatres, concert halls, places of worship, and stadiums will benefit from professional-grade Auracast installations. What we mean by this is that the system plugs into an AV desk and is integrated into the venue’s setup so it offers the listener the best possible experience.
These systems offer backwards compatibility for Telecoil wearers and those without Auracast-enabled devices, thanks to receiver units which can be borrowed before a performance begins. Visitors can plug in a telecoil loop, or wired headphones to take advantage of the sound picked up by the receiver unit.
Alternatively, people can bring their own devices.
