Which hearing aids on sale in 2026 have Auracast built-in?

Auracast is a new broadcast audio technology that is changing the way we experience sound. 

It allows for audio to be broadcast to an unlimited number of hearing devices in the vicinity.

It has been designed to work with hearing aids, cochlear implants, earbuds, headphones, and other audio devices – as long as they have the correct Bluetooth codecs installed. 

So not every hearing aid on the market has Auracast available, but some will have it enabled after a firmware update.  

Below is a list of some hearing aids known to have Auracast built-in. It is not an exhaustive list and we may have missed something off. If we have, please contact us by emailing mail@aurahear.co.uk

Which hearing aids have Auracast: the list

BeltoneBeltone Envision, Beltone Commence and Beltone Solus Max 2.3, Beltone Commence RIE and miniRIE, Beltone IlluminateBeltone says its Envision is made for Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Audio and Auracast broadcast audio. It says its Auracast Assistant is the world’s first for hearing aids and found in its HearMax app.
BernafonEncantaThe Encanta range has Bluetooth LE Audio built into it, and the company sells the Easy LE Adapter for Android phones. The website suggests it is a walled garden product and only works with Encanta hearing aids.
CochlearNucleus 8 Sound Processor, Osia 3 Sound ProcessorFor those who qualify, cochlear implants are provided on the NHS. Cochlear says a firmware update may be needed for some Bluetooth LE features including Auracast.
The Osia 3 Sound Processor will be available in the United States from the autumn of 2026.
DanalogicDanalogic ExtendDanalogic says the Extend is its first NHS hearing aid to be rechargeable and to have Bluetooth LE Audio capabilities.
JabraEnhance Select 700Jabra says these are its smallest, most discreet hearing aids. Conversations are clear and effortless using Auto Focus to lock onto speech and reduce background noise … and it contains Auracast as standard.
OticonOticon Intent, Oticon Zeal, Oticon Verit, Oticon Play, Oticon RevealOticon says its Intent range gives users better access to speech. It has Bluetooth LE Audio built in and Auracast-ready technology. Its Easy LE Adapter plugs into phones to convert them into Auracast-ready devices.
PhonakPhonak Audéo Sphere InfinioPromising universal connectivity and a deep neural network chip. The manual refers to Bluetooth 5.3, but does not mention Auracast. Phonak announced in September 2025 it would not be installing Auracast just yet.
ReSoundReSound Vivia, Savi, Nexia, ENZO Q, ENZO IA, ReSound SensiaReSound from GN is a leader for Auracast Bluetooth hearing aids and accessories, including the TV-Steamer+ and the Multi-Mic+, with several hearing aids that have Auracast ready to go.
RextonReach B-Li P and Reach B-Li HPThese models contain Bluetooth LE Audio and offer up to 73 hours of battery life. While they support LE Audio streaming, clarification is still being sought regarding their official Auracast status.
SigniaSignia Active IXThe Signia Active Pro IX looks like earbuds, has a 29-hour battery life and Bluetooth LE Audio. A search for Auracast on its website currently comes up blank.
StarkeyStarkey Edge AI and Starkey Omega AIPromising up to 51 hours of battery life and sweatproof. Starkeys are Auracast-enabled. The Omega AI was announced on October 9, 2025 and is the latest model.
UnitronNone at time of writingSearches for Auracast and Bluetooth LE Audio came up blank; its last launch was the Smile in 2025: the Moxi and Insera devices use Bluetooth 5.3, so a firmware update could be possible.
WidexWidex AllureGoogle suggests that a firmware update will be needed to enable Auracast, but Widex’s website does not mention Auracast at this time.
